The Institute Of Technology And Marine Engineering or I.T.M.E. is a private engineering college in West Bengal, India. Situated on Diamond Harbor Road 39 kilometers (24 mi) south of Kolkata, the institute is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology[1] and approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and Directorate General of Shipping, India.

The Institute of Technology and Marine Engineering was established in 2002, by chairman Mr. Shyamal Bhattacharrya. From 2006 the college started a three year graduate program in Bachelor of Nautical Science. As of 2010, Institute of Technology and Marine Engineering is under the The Ambuja Neotia Group[2].
The college is entirely residential. There is a residential arrangement for some of the professors, faculty lecturers, and other staff members. A medical health center is situated inside the campus. There are seven hostels:
The campus is spread over a 35-acre (140,000 m2) area, with outdoor and indoor sports facilities like cricket, soccer, basket ball, table tennis, carrom etc. The campus boasts of a cyber cafe and a cafeteria along with stationary shops for fulfilling the student's requirements. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and has a swimming pool. There is a Gym and a beauty salon too.
Institute of Technology and Marine Engineering also has a ship in campus[3] for training the marine engineers.
